Hi, I'm Kelly - a Registered Nutritionist, public health researcher. Passionate advocate for the power of nutrition to support wellbeing and longevity.
With over 20 years experience as a nutrition educator and therapist, I've spent many hours researching and walking alongside women in midlife - listening, supporting, and helping them navigate real life challenges. My work focuses on how nutrition can shape a more vibrant, resilient experience of ageing.
I created The Menopause Freedom Method to bring together evidence based nutrition, emotional insight, and calm practical tools to help women feel nourished, balanced, and able to reclaim their power in this natural transition.
The strength of nutrition science is the backbone of my work - and this course is also designed to support health professionals who want to guide their clients through menopause with confidence and compassion.
